How long can my video be?
Up to 6 minutes and 400 MB per video. MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM, M4V. Portrait or landscape.
What if the translation is wrong?
Edit the script before rendering, one line at a time. Unlimited edits cost 0 credits. Credits are charged only when you render.
Do I lose credits if rendering fails?
No. A failed render is refunded in full to your balance. You can render again when you want.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Your balance lasts 1 month from your latest top-up. Top up within 3 months after it expires to restore it in full.

Wait 5 minutes. Still nothing? Send the transaction ID via Feedback.
How long are videos kept?
30 days. Then videos and intermediate files are deleted automatically. Download your results to keep them.
